'Two Moons' Tonight

Approximately 30 minutes past midnight tonight the world will be greeted by a sight never conceived, a vision never fathomed.Yes, tonight we will not sleep, for we want to watch what we shall never ever have an opportunity of watching again; at least not in our lifetime: Planet Mars coming into juxtaposition with our moon, appearing as two full moons! We can only wait in anticipation! I hope NASA is right, otherwise!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chipata-Mchinji Rail Launch

The launch of the railway running from Zambia's Chipata town via Malawi's Mchinji through the Mozambiquan port at Nacara, today, is a welcome development long long overdue.Imagine a project conceived almost 3 decades ago (1982) coming to life only now! Anyway, patience has certainly paid off for the three peoples of Zambia, Malawi and Mozambique. And now, for the very first time in history, the three countries will share one of the cheapest means of transportation this side of the equator.Thumbs up to the powers that be!
